Agility | 10 tips for the best results!

A lot of people want to buy a lot of stuff to boost their agility. But you can't do that because your body has a certain amount of energy to use. Your body doesn't work at 100% efficiency all the time. Your body doesn't use all of its energy for sprinting, jumping and all those other things. You'll burn energy even when you don't need it, especially if you have high heart rate. Your body can work with less energy. Your body burns a lot of energy during running and other sports like cycling. It is important for your body to use as much energy as it can, so that you have good aerobic capacity for sprinting. There is a lot of discussion about "running with less energy" in the literature. But I think that is overrated. You can't go from 20/5 to 60/40 in a week. You have to have a good training program for a while, and for sure you need to get a good nutrition program too.

Do you ever see many people using the word "athlete" in the same sense as "athletes?" I can see how they use the word. I think of someone who goes for long runs or runs a long time, but doesn't get much in return.
