Most of the products below have shown to be effective at helping to quit smoking. This list may also contain some products you may already have tried, but are not listed here. There are several ways to help quit smoking. These can be to make your own smoking cessation medications or to use other smoking cessation products. These products are also referred to as "Smoking Cessation Supplements." These products may be effective at treating some symptoms of smoking (such as increased appetite), but don't provide the same effects as smoking cessation medications. In addition, these products may help to prevent relapse by preventing the onset of new smoking behaviors.

You may also read or hear of other brands or brands that contain nicotine. This is not necessarily a bad thing because you could take these products on an empty stomach to get the best effects.
